Mis-handling by senior employee

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Rupika Raina have an issue with the Gas Service, booked on my father's name Mr. R.K.Raina (consumer no-14632) and the Gas Service agency name "DAGAR GAS SERVICE", address P No 21, E-20, NR Motherspride School, Rohini Sector-3, Delhi - 110085 would like to register the complaint as "Mis-handling" against the Head of this service agency.
Incident date happened = 12/03
Time= 12:00-12:35 pm
She had made personal remarks about my parents while she has no right to make any personal remarks about any one's family.
Detail :-
I visited the agency today to inquire about the status of the delivery of gas. Given the consumer no. i said mam i would like to know about the status of the delivery. The lady sitting at the counter (name not disclosed by them)
said that they had delivered the latest order to our residence dated 22/02 while i said but the phonebooking system said that we (consumer) have placed the latest order on 21/02 and our gas ageny had made delivery of gas cylinders of orders placedby the latest of (20/02) and inquired what is the use of this service and asked is there any mechanism by which i can register a complaint and whom to report about the complaint. The lady sitting at the counter said complaint will be registered at the agency itself (same Dagar branch-as mentioned above-Rohini).
Further, i asked for the pen and paper so that i can register my complaint to the concerned authority. She called her senior (again name not disclosed by them). This senior lady called me inside the office and said tell me what is the information you get on phone-banking problem, i said mam first you please sit then i will tell you my problem.
I am shocked how this lady mis-handled me (made personal remarks that how you a child like you-Rupika Raina) would take care of her parents, when i told her, mam my mother is not well and i can not come here daily to inquire about the delivery status and i would like to know what is the procedure to make further complaint about the problem i am facing. To which, no proper response was made by her.
I asked you please give me pen and page and tell me who is the concerned authority to whom i can register my complaint, the lady sitting at the counter asked me what do you want to write, to which i replied i will write my concern then you can check.
The counter lady- wearing blue colored suit me i can register a compliant online, then i asked you just told me that i can register a complaint here itself..what is that..i said you are misleading me.
Further she (the Senior lady) started shouting at me, repeatedly made personal remark (more than thrice) and pushed me out of their room.
I am shocked how can such a senior employee of any gas service agency make a "personal remark".
I as a citizen of India, expects the employees not to "mis-handle" any consumer even if they fail to resolve any customer's query.
I will be waiting for the concerned authority's response.
