Appointment letter and Demand Draft

I was sent an Application from Nasik for the post of Computer Operator to Agriculture and Rural development of India and for that address was office no.127/s/506 Rakhi mandi, juhi, Kanpur City 208014 (UP).

After today i got Directly Appointment letter without any Interview. But Now they have stated that send the DD of Rs.2850. But in application form they had been stated that your Interview will be taken But that is not happened and on the basis of Marks and Interview you will get job.

They have provided their email Id (gci@rediffmail.com)

and this Email ID is wrong, even they have not giving any contact number to communicate with them or meet them.

Now they are saying that DD should be Payable at Delhi.

I was filled application In Hindi because they had given instruction that form should Filled in Hindi or English.now Appointment Letter got in Marathi Language.

I thought this is Fraud thats why yet i have not sent any DD to The Following Address :-
