Confirmation of GCI company (Fraud or Not)

Dear Sir,

This is Kiran Kumar sending mail regarding the appointment letter i got from "G.C.I Enterprises" for the post of Technical Staff. In that letter they have mentioned that to send a bank draft of Rs. 2850/- before the last date mentioning that 25 March and after that late fee will be allowed up to 10 days with late fee of Rs.850/-. But there are not mentioned any address or phone number or other details. The website of the company they have mentioned is "WWW.agcienterprises.com", it's not opening and getting the queries like so many complaints on the company.please pursue the details and send me opinion on the company whether i have to take bank draft or not. Please send the response ASAP.
