DD for the post of supervise

sir,

i have received an appointment letter from gci enterprises (a unit of agricultural and rural development corporation of india) telling me that i am appointed as a superviser post with a basic salary of 9450 and they demnded a DD in favour of gci enterprises payable at delhi to be sed to 16/6, mathura road, faridabad-121002 (haryana)

it is very surprising that they are demanding DD payable at delhi but the address they gave is of haryana??

they also doesnot gives any ph no or fax no or any contact details about them. Their email address are also not working so if can help me regarding this problem it wuold really help me to take right decission

they have given a last date of sending the DD upto 26th july so if you can please help me as soon as possible
