Poor maid service

I am a resident of Janak Puri, ND. About 3 months ago, I hired a maid from Geeta Thapa Placement Agency in East of Kailash. The agency took Rs14000 in advance as service charge. After a couple of days, the maid - Ms Manju started stealing things and misbehaving with the kids at home. I called the agency and informed them and asked for a replacement that was assured to me as per the contract. I spoke to Mr Ranawat, Geeta and Shiv over the phone and they kept telling me that they will replacem the maid or will refund my money. Amidst all this, they even fleed to Nepal and were out of our reach. Even after numerous calls and reminders, they did not heed to our request and instead tortured us mentally. We are now stuck with the maid and don't know where to go. Now, they don't pick up our calls and have even changed their office and residential address.
