The company has only 3 Operations and Maintanence contracts with steel industries (JSPL, UGML, Apollo Tyres) Influencing major companies in india for additional business.

Major issues

1) Will not pay salary on time to site workers until 15th or 20th of every month

2) Will not pay PF money withheld from worker to govt

3) No travel expenses will be re-embursed

4) Have never paid rent and utilities on or before due date (Office rental, EB, Telephone, Travel agents, etc)

5) No bills for any purchases will be paid ontime (Computers, softwares, safety equipments, etc)

6) Will fire anyone at any time if you dont say YES to all management orders (illegal activities)

7) Once fired you will not get any salary or other settlements for ever

8) Threaten employee with abusive words and political power

9) No taxes or accounts kept in records to support govt regulations

10) One sided HR rules and regulations by company employed fulltime lawyer
