GEMINI CUNSULTANCY
NOT PAYING SALARY

Dear Sir,

I joined Gemini consultancy as marketing executive. I am only single employee in Kota and I had to sell software of company. At the time of joining my seniors committed me for regular visit in Kota abut since my joining in last two month they have not visited in Kota location and forced me to work without support. I worked heard but due to lake of proper practical knowledge and support I could not sell product but few customer were ready to by and they want demonstration about software. I called lot to my seniors for convert the call but they didn’t come and now they are not paying my salary and telling me that according to offer latter, ‘you could not achieve targets so you are not eligible for salary’.

Kindly guide me that should I go to consumer court against company or not.
