Failure in the settlement of PF and salaries even after 10 months of leaving the company

Hi,

My name is Yeshwanth. Velkuri. I worked for Geneva Software Technologies Private Limited from Feb to Nov.10 months have been passed since i left the company and yet the company failed to settle my PF/TDS and salary for the month of Oct & Nov. On contacting the concerned person, every time I get the response saying "Will be done soon". The MD of the company is not replying to emails that are sent requesting him to tell us about the dates when it will settled.

I'm not able to file the IT returns for this year as Form 16 is not been issued. In an earlier mail, the company had promised to settle all the dues by June 30 but still its not been done.

Please let us know what legal steps that we can take against the company to get my hard earned money back.
