Hi,

Giftech software solutions is a medical coding company that gives jobs by taking cash deposits. The managing director himself takes the money. He pays peanuts to the employees. Whenever an employee asks for Hike, he will postpone forever to next month. If u say as if you got job in other company, you will be fired on the same day. No documentation like payslips, relieving letter etc will be given to you. You never find job security here. Because No norms like 30days notice period. He will remove you from service whenever he cant pay your salary.

It is the worst company I have ever seen. Be careful.
