Fraud with registered clients

I was registered with globaladptc.com under its view ads scheme by depositing Rs.1650 per account for a period of 11 months. But after about 2 months of my registeration, the company made its site inacessible. It was published by company through its site that there is some problem with the company due to embazzlement by its indian representative located at mohali. Subsequently it was published that some alternative arrangement has been made by appointing new man of banglore. But thereafter the site was made inaccessible. from this it appears that company has defrauded its thousands of customers registered under the scheme.
