Respected Sir/Madam,

i am working at Maharashtra Energy Development Agency, Mhada Commercial complex, Tridal nagar, Yerwada, pune which is government office since July on contract basic under Global Enterprises, Kasaba peth, pune-11. But till date they didn't open my PF account. When i asked about that they told me that your PF account will be opened after 1 year from date of joining. But Every month they deduct PF & ESI amount from my salary. I also couldn't get the ESI Card or ESI facility. Contractor also deduct 2 days salary for 1 day absentee. can u plz help me in that matter? what can i do for that?
