Non payment of Salaries

I worked in GSHL Libya plant from Aug to May during this period I have not getting my salaries regularly every time company management gives the assurance of salaries that they will pay it in next month at last I have lost my pations and I left the organisation now the management send a letter to me that they are Voluntary Abandonment of my Service.on 24/07 even though i send a letter to GM HR of GSHL Libya to clear my all dues but he will not responding of my letter. I dont know what he was doing there if the company is not able to pay the employees salary regularly then they are not any rights to destroy the whole life of the employee, before joining the GSHL I was worked with reputed organisation in Steel Industries that is Jindal Steel & Power Ltd Raigarh and I doing the very big mistake to leave the JSPL only for that company which is nt able to pay the salaries of their employee. My request to Indian embassy that please they look in to this matter and give the happyness in the life of other employees of GSHL.
