Not paying for extra hours of work

There are two day weekly off in call centers but go4customer, jaipur call center force us to come for work on Saturday and they do not pay us for that. If anyone refuse to come then they deduct salary for one and half day. This is an old rude policy of this company who never cares for its employees. I will never suggest anyone to join go4customer Jaipur call center because there is no growth. There is only extra work to be done for free without any appreciation.

Review of go4customer policies by any employee will say the same story.

They also don't pay if you come office on national holidays.

All i want to convey through this post is that if anyone want to work in BPO or Call Center in Jaipur - India, Then don't go to Go4Customer. If you think its all fake then put a random survey on employees.
