Paid to muturity amount Rs. 90, 000-00

Hallo Sir,

I am Sridhar goud, S/o. Ilaiah, R/o. Kothapalli (H), Mandal & Dist. Karimnagar, AP, I invisted an amount of Rs. 30, 000-00 in Golden Forest, Chandighar. The policy period has been completed in 2003. But I am not received maturity amount @ Rs. 90, 000-00 and I have allready send my original documents Policy Bond Paper, Cheque for payment of maturity amount. But till today i have not received any amount.

Therefore, i request you to kindly peruse and settle the my problem.
