PF Documents Not Giving To Me

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have left the above mentioned Company on 31.01.2009 & from then onwards I was following up for my Full & Final & PF papers to submit in PF office but they were not giving it to me. Then I filed a case against them & at the end of the year2009 I got my Full & Final amt & with the assurance to give me the PF paper I withdrawn the case. And again after several followup I got the PF papers on 24.01.2010 for the first time & when I submitted the same to PF office it got rejected due to some of the documents were not provided by the company. The PF office had sent the PF papers to the company's address which they have confirmed the receipt of the same & again reassurance was given to me to give the Complete Documents by end of Feb but till today I have not received my PF documents. When I am trying to call them they are giving me vage excuses. I have sent mail to company's director four times but no reply from them.

Hence I am forced to register a complain against the company as I am completely exhausted in following up with them & also I have wasted lot of Money & Time in follow up. Which I need from them Too.

So please kindly please help me in getting my PF papers, PF amount & consoled amount for wasting my time & money.
