Gratuity

Dear sir, my main complaint is that our manager is Deducting Rs.1000-00 every

month from our salary to our account of Group Gratuity Fund of L.I.C. at

Madurai branch. We are also not getting any Statement for our amount.

As per the rules, the Employer should pay for the Gratuity.

Dear sir, what should i do for this complaint? One more thing is that, our office

has so for not given any statement for this amount.
