Fraud company - website is not working

I have invested 4000 rs in company named as Green prithvi farming ltd . this company promised consumers that if you join company and register with rs 3999. it will give you 2 survey (250 rs per survey) you can earn 2000 rs per month for 12 months. i joined this company on 25th may and till july 1st week i was getting surveys but from past few days the website is not working and their numbers are also not contactable it is seemed that company is escaped. kindly help me and other users of green prithvi. kindly take a strict action against them . i am so worried beacuse from my reference three other people also joined this company and they are keep asking me about this. kindly do the needfull
