Non Paymetn of Salary

Sir/Madam,

My self Mr. Sameer Ahire, was working with the company Groophs Technologies Private Limited from the period Sep to May. The name of my employers are

(i) Mr. Amol Kulkarni (Director/Partners)

(ii) Mr. Kirti Patel (Director/Partners)

(iii) Sangram Ghorpade (Director/Partners)

I discontinued my service as my employer was not paying me the salary. Along with me my colleagues also discontinued their service. It was during the reccession period that my salary was stopped. I was told by the employer that I will be getting my due salary once the company is stable. I waited for almost 1 year, but the employers did not pay me my due salary for the months of Dec to May.

Every time I ask for the salary, they use to tell me that we will call you once we are in a position to pay you the salary. It has been now almost 3 years. The company is stable as well is in good profit, as they are still working. When I asked for the salary, on Dec they straight away refused to pay me the salary and talked to me harshly that we will not pay you a single Rupee .. you do what you want to do...

This was disgusting, so I went to the nearby Ghatkopar police station to file a complaint. I was accompanied by my colleague Mr. Dilip Bari, who was also not paid his dues by the same employers.

Initially the police inspector refused to take our complaint, as he was saying that the police cannot interfere in such cases, it is the case of salary non payment. Though later he filed our complaint.

He called the employer's number (i) & (ii) to the police station and asked for the matter. The employers than agreed to pay us the dues on 1st week of Mar.

The police told us to wait till the month end of Mar. We did so. But now the police is also not ready to help us, as they are saying that, your case comes under consumer court, so they cannot help us in this matter.

It has been noe more than 3 years still I have not received my salary. The company owes me the salary for 5 months, i.e (10, 000 * 5 = Rs. 50, 000).

I request you to take this matter seriously, as along with me my 4 colleagues salaries are also pending. There names are:

1) Mr. Dilip Bari

2) Ms Kavita Sonparote

3) Mr Sayed Dami

4) Mr Nishant Suthar
