Job offer fake

I recently recieved a mail from Grosvenor hotel london..and they mailed me an interview form which i suppose to fill it and mail it to them... after mailing there form they send me an appointment letter..asking to contact there diplomat who will futher help me in visa processing... and after contacting the diplomat he asked me for my passport scanned copy as well my photograph... which i mailed it to him and after recieving all this he mailed me a visa application form and told me to fill it and scan it and mail it to him as soon as possible ..after doing this he mailed me that i should pay 25000Rs for registration fee as well my medicial fee... when i told him ill pay his amount first i have to talk to my dad about it he reacted to it and told me to talk then when im ready to pay... now i dont know is he a fake or was that a scam mail if it was then they have my passport copy... im i in sort of problem or what please help...?
