Ex Employer not paying my dues

I joined gympac fitness in June'10.Along with that I also joined part time, Post Grad course. The course was supposed to start in august which I cleared with gympac fitness.

But when my course started in august, gymapc fitness told me that I cannot continue with the course though it was part time and I had already given fees for the course.

And asked me to leave course or the company, after 1 month of my working with the firm, and didn't paid me for the month of july for which I have worked full time and honestly.

In August they forced me to leave the firm by saying that my salary will be given after 90 days.

And now when 90 days are over they say that according to rule of there company if anyone leaves the firm within 6 months has to pay 50, 000/-and are not paying my dues.
