Salary amount due

Hi...

this complaint is regarding non payment of salary of 2.5 months.

i worked for the company haya soft, bangalore (an software company) as a business development executive and i am having all the proof of that but after many reminder still it is due,

before two month they sent me the mail that they will sort out my salary matter in 24 hour.

but still no reply they are not picking up the call and also not replying the mail.

so please tell me what should i do so that i can get my remaining salary.
