NOT REPAYING MY SECURITY DEPOSITES

H B ENTERTAINMENT PVT LTD, This company came in our college for campus selection for the post of ABM (assistant business manager) and HR EXECUTIVE FOR Marketing and HR specialized students.they had selected 15 students out of 35 students and asked to deposit rs 15000 as security deposit which was refundable in nature as per their offer letter . they called us for induction held at delhi for three days and after that for OJT at venue opted by the candidates.so i opted for kolkata center where i found myself that i wouldnt join this company and asked for the refund of my security deposit.

in response to this company told me it will be refunded to you after 90 days .but now it is over 90 days and they are not refunding my money.

so plz help me in getting justice.
