ABOUT OFFER LETTER

Mr. Rajeev Kapoor (hr manager) HCL INDIA LTD. sent me a offer letter for the production manager post. he offered me salary between 50000 to 800000 p.m..

and also demanded to deposite 8300 rs. as a sequrity for interview purpose...

i want to know is it true..

if not then pls take action against these cheaters.
