TDS 16a not deposited at Income Tax Department

Sir,

I was the employee of HCL Infosystems Limited as Programmer Assistant on Project No: 1156 and Purchase Order No: 1156/(45)-PS (PP)/3416 on retainership with National Informatics Center on a Treasuries Computerization, Manipur w.e.f 01/08/09 to 31/01/10. The amount of Rs 1000 per month had deducted from the salary for the TDS but the actual deducted amount was not deposited to the Income Tax Department as the information given by the tax credit statement (Income Tax India). So I kindly request you to look into this matter from your end.
