Fresher students

Sir i have done btech in electronics from tough (uptech) university and i got 59.1% aggregate percentage... why is that... i can't appear for these IT companies as such i am a fresher... the eligibility criteria should be atleast 55% so that many good students but scoring 55-60% could be eligible for these companies... if we indian students just because of some % criteria can't work for our country in our countries IT companies then it's of no use to do btech for 4 yrs... out of 100% students 30% engineers go abroad to work or leave that course behind to do another one... so we are ultimately making our company loose those graduate engineers... please see over it and its a request to those high IT companies that fresher students should also given a chance to work for our country with less eligibility criteria... jai hind... india
