Emails calling for interview and demanding deposit of 9000

I have received mail from hrd.stating to be hcl technologies recruiter and that my resume has being selected from monster job and im one out of 65 shortlisted candidates. They asked hor depository refundable money 9000 rs for assurity that interviewer would come.
