PF AND PENSION NOT GIVEN BY COMPANY

Respected Sir/Madam,

My details are as under:

Location: Bhavnagar (Gujarat)

I had made my PF claim 01/04 and submitted all the required document to HR department. After almost 1 month they told me to pay Rs 5748/- for notice period amount and I had sent the cheque also. now they are refusing to pay amount of Providend fund and Pension and giving different type of excuses.

My complaint is that take strict action against Mr. Vignesh Iyer for delaying PF settlement. Its almost 3 monts of process. Please help me to provide my PF fund.
