Full & Final Settlement

I was working with HDFC Bank Ltd as a CSE from the period April – 15th October under Business Banking Department However I had submitted my resignation on 27th September which was duly accepted by my mentor.

I have sent accepted resignation letter along with the exit check list for your perusal. However till date I have not received any confirmation on the release intimation.

Infact it has been confirmed by HDFC RO - Kolkata - Gillander House that revised formalities has also been completed. As a result till date I have not in a position to submit my relieving letters to my HRD which is quite important as you are also aware. After sending multiple mails, which is evident below, I have not received any communication neither any confirmation from any one.

After spending more than a year in my present organization, I have not completed necessary HR formalities which are against the policy. Infact this has forced me marking this mail to all the competent authorities with a hope of resolution.

Request you to please revert on the urgent basis. It will help me to comply my releasing formalities, also request you to kindly do the needful and issue me a relieving letter as early as possible. My communication address is.
