I visited Basveswaranagar store today & purchased few products worth 1000Rs but for some reason my SBI card was not accepted by the swipe machine (nothing to with balance or Credit limit). So one of the store executive mentioned that they are having these issues with SBI card & escalated. However the issue is that when I asked them to put up a board so that customers don’t face inconvenience agent said he cant do it & will not do it. He was very rude & spoke to me with pointed fingers. He even tried to hit me & trust me this will be last time I will be visiting Health n glow. Store manager Mr. Dayanand was not there hence I called him & updated this issue. Pls do the back ground checks & train them with few skills to attend customers before putting them on floor.
