Dirty behave of service center boys

Yesterday 25.10.10 i am visited at ARC Motors for Monthly service of my bike splender. when i reached to get my bike after service, i found that they replacing my both fuses of battery and connected that direct. when i m asking about that they said there was no fuse where as i was purchased this bike new from ARC Motors itself. for the same i am asking the same they abused me said that if you will purchased a passport of bike from there center they will provide me complete security of my parts. and also they said like you there are lots of people taken the complaint but they cant do anything with us and again abuseing me. they saind in our center if you will come again for your free service you will not got more in your bike. they said in our service center we are keeping those people those taking their free service at here we are entertaining them. pls take a strict action against that center other wise i will go to consumer court for same. do asap
