Negligence of the Management Team

Hi Guys,

I had attended an interview with Hewlett Packard a couple of months back. The interview went on for the entire day, Everything was fine, But, to be frank i din't fare well in manager round which went on for almost 1.5 hours. The manager used to ask questions which would affect me personally and on top of that he would say don take it personally. I lost my confidence level and hence gave up and was not able to answer any questions properly. After the end of the interview they told me that they would get back to me, But none of them got back, I really did not expected them to get back, But why cannot these companies announce the result or give a feedback is my question. I was waiting for the feedback as my technical round went fine, I was badly in need of a job at that time, So i was eagerly waiting for the result no matter what would be the outcome. But i felt the management is very irresponsible. Atleast if they would have told me that you are not through then i would have left thinking about it. But they did not even after calling them, they kept on saying, its in hold. Kindly do not repeat this with employees. Better to give feedback no matter what it is.
