Dear Manager, (Customer care)

I am a new Airtel post paid subscriber at Srinagar, I had purchased PP conection through local Airtel Show room with fulfilling all required documents of ID & address proof on Sep 14.

2. I received a SIM no. 89915502080269677161 bearing ID no. 9622459087 vide CAF No 016940, dated 14.09.2009.At the time of allotment the conserned officer assured me about activation of my SIM by 15.09.09, but it has not happened due to unknown problem, I am still awaiting for activation of the SIM since it is very urgent to me.

3. In view of the fore going you are kindly requested please do needful to actvate my SIM.
