Salary Issue

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I was working in a proprietor ship firm since Sept which has been purchased/ taken by a new firm on April. It is now been converted into LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) firm since April. Now the company has terminated me last month end (Nov. 2011) without giving any reason or a prior notice. Also they have not given me the salary for the month of November. I don't have any appointment letter from the firm as a proof. As a proof of employee I have the correspondence copies between me and my head office/ Customers and salary details which gets transferred to my account. My family is dependent on me and I don't have any other source of income. Please advise me how I can get my salary from the firm.

As I am financially too weak I cannot afford a lawyer for the same. Some of my friends told me that there is a section in the court called Legal Aid which is for financially poor people. Please advise how to proceed on this matter.

For your information:

My firm is registered in Bangalore. They have a small residence cum office in Kalkaji Extension (Delhi).
