Change of battery

I bought pure it 3 yrs back. Main problem I face is change of battery. Last time also after intervention of Customer Care Manager battery was changed after 3 months. This time also I am trying to change the battery since last 4 1/2 months but in vain. No one comes. Now a days we don't get customer care. My telephone no. 9440108189. Pl. help to change the battery at the earliest or without any further delay.
