Not giving remaing Salary

Hiren Gandhi is not giving my remaining salary I had worked with his company, and when I leave the company, he had deposit my salary's 10% (Rs.9500=Rs.950), I can not get my 10% salary from him. and 15 days salary can not give me, I had work honesty with him, I remind him about but he can not receive call from me and not meet to me.

I have emailing to him on dt.13.3.10 bellow :

Requested Sir Please when will you give my remaining Salary of 15 day's of April? (Rs. 9500 / 2 = Rs.4750) and plus my deduct Salary 10% you had deposit from me (Rs. 9500 = Rs. 950) [ Total Rs = 4750 950 = 5700 Rs.], please send me reply soon, (You will had talk with me that Your deduct salary will be get after 1 month), but after 1 year I will not get that, please do better. please call urgently.. on 9898129314.
