Not getting any consolidated statementof principal and interest, moreover monthly statement is not coming for last 5 months

No monthly home loan statements coming at all after several reminders and not geeting any answer from the bank. Immediatly needing my consolidated yearly breakup for my Principal and interest component for april 09 to march 10 within 24 hours, otherwise I will be penalised in my tax component from my employer and huge tax will be deducted from me.
