Not satisfactory service can be provided nor trained staff, & not having proper tool to open handle of activa, they can open with the help of screw driver with the help of hammer which cause to distortion of edges of nut of handle, they tight the handle two times in a month with new set of cup or cone with new bearing balls, so i have to pay for same problem two times in month & also wastage of time, cone & walls damages within 10 days, i register the vehicle at 9:30 a.m, they give the time of deliver1:30 p.m but they don't even touch my vehicle 1:30 p.m as i arrived they had provided services about 40 vehicle which has comes after me my no. is 7 after forcing them to make complaint against them, they deliver it at 4:30 p.m when all the services they had completed & again bill bared by me after again repair of same fault after 10 -12 days, these dealer r making the fool of customer & just for making money, which can damage the reputation of honda company services, as this (cargo) dealer have not good service center & not very well equipped with latest machine as like hero honda company with taking the consideration of environment, which can be major issue for this service center kindly check the workshop of this service center, & their tools, as they are of 18th century or 21st, is that a honda (workshop) service center very poor, shame for company
