Hotel plaza solitare
Employer not sign my pf form

Hi sir,

I am sanjaya kumar samantaray. Now i am working in indiabulls ltd on gurgaon.

Regarding my compalint that is i had work with plaza solitare hotel, sec-14, gurgaon for 1.3 year, but in case of pf withdrawl employer refused to sign my pf from. In case what can i do? i think direct fill my form and submitting in sec-44 office. Is its possible for pf with drawing and other qury is how can check my pf account?

Plz suggest me.and revert by mail.
