Company has employed me without Salary, Offer Letter & Appointment Lette

Dear Madam/Sir,

I joined Hotel Savannah Sarovar Premiere, Whitefield, Bangalore on 3rd October.

Company had not provided me any document regarding Offer Letter Appointment Letter. And they didn't tell me any rules and regulations for Resignation at the time of joining. They kept me in darkness by telling that they will give the documents after joining. I joined on 3rd October and worked for the company for around 2 months and 1 week. They didn't provide me any formal document related to my joining. They gave the salary for the first month only and did not gave me the salary for last 43 days. I worked for the whole month but they are not providing me the salary for the same.

In addition, the company has not provided me any mediclaim or health insurance policy.

Does the company do not have to follow any rule while employing people? The company has given me mental trauma and also financial problems. Can you please advice me on the same so that I can take further appropriate action and justice could be done.
