HTC ASKING TO PAY ONE LAKH FO DEVELOPER

I attend interview in HTC... first aps then HR... hr asking to pay 1lakh for developer..

first 3month training then next 3month 4k as stipend... from seventh month 15k as salary

and 3yr bond... im totally confused.tell ur suggestion plzzzzzzz
