HTML Tagging project
I paid 500 rs... but that person is not attending my call now and dint give work till now

I paid that person rs 500 into his sbi account day before yesterday for html tagging project (rs 90 per page) and he promised that he would send me the work within half an hour... after i called him after depositing money he said he came out on work and will send after going to his office yesterday... but he dint... i have been calling him from yesterday and he is not attending my call... i called from other numbers too... i have his sbi account number and his mobile number and the message in which he sent me his account details and the receipt of the rs 500 which i payed him in the sbi bank. i know that he stays in faluknuma in hyderabad but i don't know the exact location. pls help me out what can i do right now? pls suggest me some possible solutions for these... i want my money back or i want the work... pls help me 917708496262 adithya
