DELAY OF PPF

Dear Sir,

Please refer my file No. CAL-A043097-09 application dated 10.06.09. My status of Passport enquiry shows to submit PPF Form. In this regard I would like to inform you that My local Police station Jagiroad of Morigaon District, Assam informed me that the file have been forwarded to the Supdt. of Police (Zonal) S.B. Assam Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 vide memo no. DSB (M)/FVP/Passport/10/31 dated 26.02.2010.
