nitially they will ask for 10, 000 rs and ur certificates (original) and send u fake offer letter from offerc/offerconfirmation@in.ibm.com thenwe paid remaining balance they give password protect offer letter and they ask refer some candidates prolong up to joining date that day simply switched off their mobiles.one more thing they give offer letter without reference id so if we go with that offer letter ibm people ask reference id.so all the procedure fruad. escape with all the money dont believe them. every thing is fake for IBM DLF kolkata back door job.
