Fake Experiences not checked properly

Hi,

I have recently come across a lady who provided 4 Yrs of fake experience in IBM India, Manyata Tech Park. The lady joined as a Web Sphere expert. The lady pitched into the company through an IBM employee in Hyderabad who trains and pushes unqualified people into IBM by collecting 1 Lakh. Even the technical and HR rounds are managed internally.

While she was found that the experience provided was fake through a background agent who went to her previous companies at HAL, Bangalore. Fortunately the agent collected her contact number from the fake experience provided company, called her and bargained for Rs. 10, 000/- to certify her as genuine.

If such things continue I do not understand the real IT sector is getting diluted with unqualified techies.
