Joining Date

I was offered a job as Software Engineer in IBS Software Services, Trivandrum through campus interview in 2008.th company had given a letter of appointment. Due to recession the company kept postponing the date of joining. Now when, the situation has improved the company is giving joining dates to 2009 passouts even though 2008 passouts are still waiting for date of joining for 2 years. Since the company has committed to 2008 batch first, the company should make job offers to 2008 batch first before considering the 2009 batch. Please do the needful or let me know another forum through which i can channel my complain.
