Salary Issue

My name is madhav Kumar I am the employee of ICCS (In site Customer Call Services P.Ltd) last to last month on 26th Feb one accident done with me due to this reason i am not able to continue my Job of 10-15 days and also inform my reporting manager he gives me the approval for the same but after 10 once i reach office after the recovery the HR people says that u r abscond by new reporting manager Mr Perminder case or we are not give you the salary of Feb month but i have all the proof i.e Medical Certificate but they are not ready to listen any thing and not ready to give my salary so tell me what can i do in this case..
