ICFAI University& a cheater
Harassment for issuing of release letter-- Inefficient management as well as inefficient Branch Manage

I was an employee of ICFAI PDD- Fed-Uni Kolkata Branch. I have resigned from my post of Executive Development (Emp. ID - 29S27798) of the company from kolkata branch. For this purpose I have submitted my resignation letter to my Branch manager Mr. Sutanu Bhowmik dated 02/06.

For accepting my Resignation & giving me a Release letter they are demanding Rs 4000/ cash against my unsold BBA Hyderabad '10 form. They have reported BBA form against my code without my consent. In the month of May I have already given Rs 2500/ from my pocket for Btech remitence.

But this time I am really not in a position to give them that amount. Mr Bhowmik (Branch Manager) previously forsed me to resign because I'm a poor performer. I have no complain against this statement, but, when I really felt that I cannot perform under this circumstances, so I gave my resignation for the acceptance of which the office is demanding the compensation.

Moreover I've felt that it is very tough to sell a ICFAI's form to a candidate because the rumor has spread that ICFAI's form can be available free of cost & which is very much true. just in sake of 100% retrieval we are forced to distribute the unsold form at free of cost. So how is it possible to sell ICFAI's form when a candidate gets such information about an institution. (What a pathetic state an " University")

I am writing this mail for the guidance. kinly help me out in this regards & suggest me what to do. I have read my appointment letter thoroughly, and there is no such clause whereby it is written that while resigning an employee have to make payment for the unsold stock. I want the acceptece copy of my resignation letter & the Release letter (which I've not received till date) to join a new company, kindly help me out from the situation.
