Provident Fund Amount is still Pending

Dear Sir / Madam

This is bring your kind attention that my provident fund amount is still pending and same is still not being settled. As i had many calls to the concern person at Jaipur and Delhi office but still reply is nothing. We have submitted and completed all the legal formalities as per the company process but still i am waiting for for the reply and amount is till pending. WE have also visited the Jaipur branch but same has been closed now.

Sir, request you to please look in the matter and resolve the issue becasue its already completed two and half years as i had leave the organiosation as on May 20.
