Hi,

My name is Jai Singh, I worked for Sparsh Bpo (previously Spanco Telesystems and Solutions, 409, Udyog Vihar, Phase-lll, Gurgaon) for 22 months from Sep 2004 till June. I filled my PF form in Jan. I had been asked to wait for 90 days and my P.F amount would be credited to my account. I contacted them many times after six months, I came to know that I had to fill the P.F form again due to some mistakes in P.F form. I filled my PF form again and assured by A/C department that I would get my P.F within 90 days.

After three months I didn't receive my P.F amount, so I contacted them again. This time the A/C department (Vinod) told me he can't do anything contact Mumbai A/c department. I contacted Chandrakant (the person who is S.P.O.C for PF in Mumbai). He said he never received my P.F form and asked me to contact Gurgaon department.

This time I contacted H.R head (Vinod), he requested me to fill a form again and this time he would take care of my issue. I filled my form again and waited to get my amount. After 4 months I contacted Vinod and informed him about the same, he asked me to wait for 15 days. After 20 days I contacted him, he asked me to contact Ranjana (New P.F S.P.O.C). I called her, she told me that she has not received my P.F form and I had to fill it again. She told me that she is sending a courier with new P.F form and after filling that form I could send it to her. I did same and since then I have been calling her. Again and again she has been asking me to wait, wait and wait. Meanwhile I contacted Aditya kapoor and he said he would look into this matter.

I don't know what to do. Who do I contact.

Please help me, My sister-in-law is suffering from blood cancer. I am in great need of money.
