Not returning final settlement amount

This is Umesh Joshi, I was a part of BD team at IDHASOFT Address :- 12-13-1274 1st Floor, Maspack House Tarnaka Secunderabad 500017 Andhra Pradesh

India 91-40-66392900 (Employee # 1554). I have resigned from the organization in the month May 10th serving one month notice period. I just wanted to bring to your notice that my salary is due from IDHASOFT and it’s been more than 4 months I’m waiting for my salary and incentive to be cleared.

I got an assurances from manager that my dues will be cleared in 60 days but it’s been more than 120 days and still I don’t have any update from IDHASOFT. I was hoping my dues will be cleared without any hassles but it’s not..I have attached the email chain below of my regular followups and also called several times but unable to get the concrete answer. I am getting the only answer from the company that"Your final settlement is in process. Will let you know once it is disbursed to your account" since last 3 months.

I request you to kindly look into my request and clear my dues.

Tried reaching you couple of times but it seems you were busy. I am hoping to receive my settlement amount by end September as promised and according i have also issued post dated checks of my commitments. I also tried calling Mumbai and Hyderabad office people regarding the status but as usual they were unable to provide me any concrete answer.

This is Umesh Joshi. I was a part of BD team at IDHASOFT - Hyderabad (Employee # 1554). I have resigned from the organisation on 10th of May serving one month notice period. I just wanted to bring to your notice that my salary is due from IDHASOFT and it’s been more than 4 months that I have been waiting for my salary and incentives to be cleared. I followed- up several times with the concerned departments over the phone in Hyderabad as well as Mumbai office and have followed the protocol of escalation. Also i have wriiten several emails regarding the same which are attached below and i have never received a concrete date as in when the salary will be disbursed. The only reply that i have been getting is " we are in a process of doing so, its already with the accounts payable department and we shall let you know soon". It might look unproffessional to you on this e-mail, however, its a fact that my family depends on me and not only that i have other financial challenges like clearing my loans and others and i hope you will agree that 4 months is too long a time for a salaried person like me to be without being paid.

I spoke to Madhavi Dhomse from payroll (Mumbai Office) on 10th of August who advised that i will receive the payment in 2 weeks time.its been more than 2 weeks today. Again i spoke to her today and got the same reply that it will take two more weeks. I have aslo attached the responses received from payroll. I would appreciate if you could look into the matter and have the concerned department respond with a "specific date" so that i can plan my finances accordingly otherwise i might be force to take a legal action as all my patience and co-operation are not helping me.
